Shipping Policy:
We maintain a fast fulfillment standard–orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt. Orders for single copies are shipped via Priority Mail service via the USPS. Orders of two or more books are shipped via UPS ground service. If express or international shipping is desired, please call 1-800-337-9838 for shipping rates and faster service.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days and we will issue an RMA number for the return of unused and undamaged books. Please pack returns carefully so that no damage will result in transit. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment upon receipt and inspection of the book.

Please notify us of damaged/defective or incorrect shipments immediately; no later than 15 business days from date of invoice. The appropriate replacement book will be shipped immediately.
